售后服務(wù)

質(zhì)保期：設(shè)備安裝驗(yàn)收合格之日起12個月內(nèi)，但不超過發(fā)貨之日起15個月。

Warranty period: 12 months from the date of equipment installation and acceptance, but not more than 15 months from the date of shipment.

質(zhì)保期內(nèi)：實(shí)行“三包”政策，公司負(fù)責(zé)為用戶免費(fèi)提供計(jì)量測試技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù)。

Warranty period: Three guarantees, meanwhile providing free testing or technology consulting

質(zhì)保期外：我公司提供終身優(yōu)惠服務(wù)和技術(shù)支持，設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障需要修理時(shí)，所換零件按成本價(jià)收取。我司有備品備件庫，終身負(fù)責(zé)為用戶以成本價(jià)提供備品備件服務(wù)。

After warranty: Providing service and support for life, and spare part with the best price, and if hardware support, the software updating free of charge.

服務(wù)響應(yīng)時(shí)間：接到故障請求電話后，5小時(shí)內(nèi)回應(yīng)，我司通過電話、微信或郵件的方式指導(dǎo)買方排除故障；若故障仍不能排除，將在72小時(shí)內(nèi)派技術(shù)人員上門解決問題。
